Ms. Thandi Malele is a highly versatile and professional admitted attorney with the right of appearance in the High Court of South Africa. She brings extensive experience across a wide range of legal disciplines, including legal research, corporate governance, investigations, legal drafting, negotiations, management, and adjudication. Her diverse background encompasses roles such as Corporate Executive Legal Adviser, Registrar of the High Court, Labour Legal Adviser, Academic Associate at the University of Pretoria, and Lecturer at Tshwane University of Technology. In addition, she has served as a Presiding Officer, Investigator, and Prosecutor for various Bargaining Councils. Ms. Malele’s legal expertise spans:Administrative & Estate Law, Court Litigation (Civil and Criminal), Corporate and Commercial Law, Medical Negligence, Labour and Employment Law Her unique ability to operate across multiple spheres of the legal profession makes her a dynamic and solution-driven practitioner.
